GRADUATION

TRAINING FOR LEADERSHIP; EDUCATING FOR SERVICE; ENVISIONING FOR MINISTRY!

We feel that Graduation is not only a goal for students to aim for, but also a time to celebrate success and achievement. The Graduation is usually held on a Saturday and is as near to the end of term as possible [July]. We encourage all our students to attend including [by or via] distance learning.

Venues may vary from year to year, however we attempt to select locations which are central. Invitations are issued by the Academy so that the students may invite family members and friends.

During the ceremony Pastors and Leaders are invited to pray for the Graduates that God would use all they have learned and experienced to extend His kingdom.

This years Graduation Ceremony was a great success!

Looking forward to this years!

Below is a presentation from the second year students in the Graduation 2011

Two Years at Living Way

We are known as DAS’s, all study at Living Way, we’ve just finished the advanced course, all shouting a big hooray!

Before going any further, we’d like to take you back, but before that –we’ll introduce ourselves, Annam ally Shirl and Jaq!

Over very first day as we recall, not feeling very steady, with our Bibles in our handbags and our notebooks at the ready.

We knuckled down, and tried our best, we worked hard in year one, we could say it was difficult but we also had some fun.

Half an hour every morning as Julia plays the chords, she leads us all in worship and praises to our God.

Then there came the lectures, every hour of the day, all working our little socks off, not once did we complain.

Always stressing out and nervous, when exam day’s come alone, everyone’s being nice to Eryl, in case we got it wrong.

When finishing the first year, thinking we were  rather smart, with attitude we went for it, year two and a brand new start!

We had projects—lectures-essays, on the subjects they would teach, and some pushing from Dr Eryl, She’s even taught us to preach

All projects done! Time to relax, five more exams to do, wishing now we had skipped this year and done courses in kung fu!

Teachers –Helen O and Helen Tuck are gracious and refined! At exams when we were stressing, they’d say—oh you’ll be fine

The knowledge and achievements gained here, you can all see, they are structured by Dr Eryl, passed on to you and me

Eryl understands her students, she’s all knowing and she’s smart, she’s a very skilful teacher, we knew that from the start!

Now year two has ended in all honest we say, the hard work has been worth it….

SO THANK YOU LIVING WAY!
